“When we see players waving their arms and signaling for Loud Crowd to get louder, it changes the dynamic of the game and pumps everyone up,” Allin said.
Most Loud Crowd leaders such as Parker Dunlap and Lindsey Allin have wanted to be a part of Loud Crowd since they were freshmen.
“I have wanted to be a part of Loud Crowd since I was a freshman, I saw how decked out and how crazy and supportive they were, ever since then I have wanted to have that kind of impact on our school and athletes,” Allin said.
Many players say Loud Crowd is not a distraction, they actually hype up the players and coaches, knowing they have support and people that want them to win.
“Loud Crowd is always classy and respectable, and I think we do a great job of maintaining this reputation,” Allin said
When Loud Crowd cheers they always say positive things in the chants to support our teams.
“Loud Crowd is nowhere near disrespectful, from the majority of the coaches I’ve talked to, they claim Loud Crowd is very encouraging and for sure hypes up the players and the other fans for that matter,” senior Parker Dunlap said.
Members of Loud Crowd say that everyone in it are always fun, dressed crazy, and very helpful.
It also makes the games so much more fun when you’re standing on the field and you look up and see the whole LSHS student section cheering for you,” senior Keenan Johnson said.
“When we see Loud Crowd in the stands, it really hypes us up and makes us ready to play. When we hear Loud Crowd cheering, it doesn’t distract us at all, it encourages us. I wouldn’t change one thing about Loud Crowd,” sophomore Landen Willis said.
Loud crowd gives athletes the confidence and support they need to do their best on the field.
